Payment Policy

Once you decide to book a show at The Tang Dynasty Theatre, please complete the reservation form and E-mail your desired dates to us for confirmation. Please keep in mind that late applications may result in the unavailability of dinner show tickets or meal reservations, so book early. Please click here to learn more about Online Reservations. After receiving the date confirmation from the Tang Dynasty online reservation centre, a deposit of RMB25 per person will be required with the following information:
a. Name
b. Address
c. E-mail address
d. Phone number
e. Fax number
f. Credit Card Information (name on the card, number, and the expire date)
g. Your travelling schedule in Xi'an and your hotel name.

Once the deposit has been received by the Tang Dynasty Online Reservation Centre, a confirmation e-mail or fax guaranteeing the booking will be sent to you.

There are two ways to pay the balance. You may send an e-mail requesting us to charge your credit card with the balance 20 days prior the show date. Or you may pay the balance when you arrive at the Tang Dynasty Show Theatre at the front desk.

Please note that we will not confirm your reservation unless we have received your deposit.

You may make the payment either by cash, credit card or traveller's check.
