Cancellation policy

a) There will be no cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled 20 days prior to the show date. Your deposit of RMB25 per person will be refunded in full.

b) For cancellation received more than five days, but less than 19 days prior to the show date, your deposit, less a RMB10 per person cancellation penalty, will be refunded.

c) For cancellations received within four days prior to the show date, your deposit, less a RMB15 per person cancellation penalty, will be refunded.

d) Cancellations received within three days of the show and non-show clients will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right at any time to make changes or cancel a show date for reasons beyond our control. If a performance is cancelled due to special events or venue bookings we will change your reservation to another date of your choice or you may opt for a full reimbursement of money paid in accordance with that particular booking.
